Registration is NOW OPEN for CANNT 2025! Join us in at the Victoria Conference Centre from October 16-18, 2025. We are pleased to again be collaborating with the Canadian Association of Nephrology Social Workers (CANSW). This year's theme is Leading the Future of Kidney Care: Inclusive. Sustainable. We have prepared a value letter included on the website that you can use to help justify your attendance to your employer should that be helpful.

This is a historic hotel is famed as Canada’s Castle on the Coast, the Fairmont Empress in Victoria is an award-winning British Columbia hotel and National Historic Site dating back to 1908. With unparalleled views over the Inner Harbour, this historic hotel is where contemporary convenience meets iconic luxury and classic British styling.

Please note: if your registration form freezes, you may need to wait 1-2 minutes before filling out the required fields. We are working on this glitch. In the meantime, we have found that waiting for a couple of minutes has seemed to resolve the issue in most cases.
